Team showed up on time and did an excellent job. Took a lot time putting plastic down to protect everything, even the grass. Thoroughly applied the stain so it soaked in good. Made sure to get the top of the arbor. Even came back 2 days later to check for spots that needed some more stain. And no surprise charges. I paid exactly what was quoted.
